The Thai Garden Resort once again donated the collection from their ‘Toys for Joy’ project towards the children ofthe Tungklom-Talman School. The fund-raising took place at the hotel during thebusy Christmas and New Year’s period when all hotel guests were encouraged to make a donation. The “Toys for Joy” project organized by the Thai Garden Resort is already in its ninth year and is scheduled to be continued.

The children received items like shoes, socks, schoolbags and other school supplies, but also toys and sweets. The students of this school are mostly orphans or half-orphans and their families can only afford basic necessities, so a little help from the Thai Garden Resort is always welcome. We promised the children to continue the program as long as we can and therefore we are committed to repeat this charity event for the 10th time again at the end of 2017 Mr. Becker said.

This year the Thai Garden Resort welcomed a delegation from the Tungklom-Talman School at the resort to distribute the“Toys for Joy” donation to the children. Hotel Manager Danilo Becker joined the team of employees of the Thai Garden Resort on March 8, 2017 to distribute all gifts purchased with a total value of 60,000 baht in donations from the hotel’s management, team membersand guests of the hotel.
